We are very happy to announce that thanks to a sponsorship from Kazmierski Orthodontics of Medford, The Village Carolers will be a featured artist at the 2015 Dickens Festival in Medford, NJ on December 5th. We sang for the festival in 2013 and had a wonderful time, but circumstances and availability made it impossible to perform for them in 2014. This year we will be performing on the main stage from 7:00pm to 7:45pm, as well as strolling through the streets of downtown Medford afterward, bringing joy and song to everyone’s holiday season.
TVC will be selling CDs at the festival as well, so be sure to grab up your copy from us or from one of several local merchants who will also be selling the CDs in their stores.
The Dickens Festival is an annual family event held in Medford, New Jersey and produced by the Medford Sunrise Rotary. Medford magically lights up and comes alive as a Christmas wonderland for one night. The festival typically attracts over 10,000 visitors from within Medford and many other surrounding towns.
Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at the gazebo to begin the evening festivities. The free evening is sure to delight young and old with live music, face painters, a magician, a balloon artist, delicious food, a moon bounce, an ice carver, a live Nativity, and the Give and Take Jugglers.
For the 26th year, the Medford community will celebrate the holiday season with the Dickens Festival. Since 2011, the Medford Sunrise Rotary has sponsored the Dickens Festival as a community event.
