Maria Palombo

Soprano Maria Palombo holds a Master of Music degree and Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy from New York University. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduating with degrees in Music and Drama and a minor in Speech & Hearing Science. She has performed professionally with North Carolina Opera, New York City Opera, and she sings as an active member of the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir. Her favorite roles include Monica (The Medium), Servilia (La clemenza di Tito), the title role in Cendrillon and Mary in Highway #1 USA (William Grant Still). Maria currently serves as the soprano section leader at Nassau Presbyterian Church in Princeton, NJ. She is the owner and voice teacher at “Finely Tuned Voice Lessons” in Ewing, NJ and she is a proud member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
